By visiting our website, purchasing a product, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Products and Services

OSC Fabrication & Finishes offers products that may include:

• Acrylic products

• Laser-cut and engraved products

• Custom fabricated components

• Custom automotive parts

• Brackets, adapters, mounts, and related components

• Made-to-order and application-specific products

Because many of our products are manufactured, fabricated, customized, or prepared specifically for an individual order, product availability, appearance, dimensions, lead times, and other characteristics may vary.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, specifications, options, or pricing at any time.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

Photos, renderings, drawings, measurements, colors, finishes, and product descriptions are provided for reference. Actual products may have minor variations resulting from materials, manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, laser cutting, finishing, photography, displays, or other factors.

Minor cosmetic or manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the intended function of a product are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchasing.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold by OSC Fabrication & Finishes are custom, made-to-order, or application-specific.

By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge that production may begin specifically for your order and that the product may not be suitable for resale to another customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including, when applicable:

• Measurements

• Dimensions

• Vehicle year, make, and model

• Vehicle configuration

• Component specifications

• Color or finish selections

• Customization details

• Quantities

• Any other information required to manufacture or fulfill the product

OSC Fabrication & Finishes is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Automotive Parts and Fitment

Custom automotive parts may be designed for a particular vehicle, component combination, or application.

Vehicle modifications, aftermarket components, manufacturing tolerances, previous repairs, collision damage, component substitutions, and other differences may affect fitment.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing an automotive component does not guarantee compatibility with every possible combination of aftermarket or modified components.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their intended application before installation.

Inspection and Quality Control

Custom automotive components are inspected and checked prior to shipment.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, components may also be test-fitted, dimensionally verified, or otherwise checked before shipment.

Because installation conditions and customer vehicles are outside of our control, an installation or fitment issue does not automatically indicate that a product is defective.

If you believe you received an incorrect product or there is a manufacturing issue, contact us before modifying or installing the product so the issue can be reviewed.

Installation Responsibility

Automotive parts should be installed by a qualified individual who understands the vehicle, component, and system being modified.

The customer and installer are responsible for:

• Proper installation

• Proper torque procedures

• Appropriate hardware

• Component clearances

• Brake, suspension, wheel, and tire clearances when applicable

• Proper routing and securing of components

• Confirming safe operation after installation

• Performing any required inspection, adjustment, or maintenance

OSC Fabrication & Finishes is not responsible for damage, failure, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, installation on an unintended application, failure to inspect the vehicle or surrounding components, or failure to follow appropriate installation practices.

Modification of Products

Any modification made to a product after delivery is performed at the customer's own responsibility.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Drilling

• Cutting

• Grinding

• Welding

• Bending

• Machining

• Painting

• Coating

• Altering mounting points

• Substituting hardware

• Changing the intended application

Modification of a product may affect its fitment, function, strength, or eligibility for any claim relating to manufacturing workmanship.

Brake, Suspension, and Safety-Related Components

Certain automotive products may be used as part of braking, suspension, steering, or other vehicle systems where correct installation is critical to safe operation.

The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that these components are installed correctly and that the completed vehicle is inspected and confirmed safe before operation.

Installation should be performed by a qualified professional when the customer does not have the appropriate knowledge, tools, or experience.

Products must not be used if they appear damaged, improperly installed, incompatible, or otherwise unsafe.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Because our products are primarily custom, made-to-order, fabricated, personalized, or application-specific, all sales are generally final once production, customization, fabrication, or fulfillment has begun.

Installation error, incorrect application, customer modification, vehicle modification, incompatibility caused by components not supplied by OSC Fabrication & Finishes, or improper use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production, fabrication, customization, purchasing of materials, or fulfillment has begun.

Additional charges may apply if a customer requests changes after work has begun and we agree to make those changes.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or product information errors.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before fulfillment to provide the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel the affected order.

Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method before fulfillment unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production and fulfillment times for custom or made-to-order products may vary.

OSC Fabrication & Finishes is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supplier delays, material shortages, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

Claims involving shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should retain the original packaging, shipping materials, and product until the claim has been reviewed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all original designs, drawings, CAD models, photographs, graphics, product designs, manufacturing files, website content, branding, and other intellectual property created by or for OSC Fabrication & Finishes remain the property of their respective owner.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design files, CAD data, manufacturing files, drawings, or other intellectual property used to produce that product.

Products may not be reproduced, copied, reverse engineered for commercial reproduction, or manufactured for resale without authorization where prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, designs, or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of our website.

You may not knowingly provide false information in connection with an order, payment, dispute, chargeback, or claim.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OSC Fabrication & Finishes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, modification, misuse, or operation of a product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to OSC Fabrication & Finishes for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

No Waiver of Consumer Rights

These Terms are not intended to eliminate or restrict any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will control.

Third-Party Products and Components

Some products may be designed to work with components manufactured or supplied by third parties.

References to third-party companies, products, vehicles, trademarks, or components are provided for identification and compatibility purposes and do not necessarily indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

OSC Fabrication & Finishes is not responsible for defects, changes, dimensional variations, discontinued products, or specifications of third-party components.

Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, specifications, shipping, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service.

The version posted on our website at the time of an order will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and any transactions with OSC Fabrication & Finishes will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
