Return & Refund Policy

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order with OSC Fabrication & Finishes.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are primarily made-to-order acrylic products, custom parts, and other products produced or prepared specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are considered final once an order has entered production, fabrication, customization, or fulfillment.

Please verify all product details, dimensions, options, colors, finishes, quantities, and vehicle or application information before submitting your order.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, fabricated, laser-cut, engraved, acrylic, or otherwise made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes custom automotive components such as brackets, adapters, mounts, and similar application-specific parts.

Each custom part is inspected, checked, and, where applicable, test-fitted or otherwise verified prior to shipment. Because installation conditions, vehicle modifications, component combinations, installer skill, and customer use are outside of our control, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for claims resulting from fitment issues, installation error, improper use, incorrect application, modification of the part, modification of surrounding components, or damage caused after delivery.

Minor variations that are normal to the manufacturing or fabrication process are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible so we can review the issue.

Please provide photographs showing:

• The shipping box or packaging

• The shipping label

• Any visible shipping damage

• The affected product

• Any damaged internal packaging

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

If we determine that an item was damaged in shipping, incomplete, or incorrect due to our error, we may provide a replacement, remake the item, supply replacement components, or issue a refund when appropriate.

Claims related to installation difficulty, fitment after customer or vehicle modification, incorrect installation, misuse, or incompatibility caused by components or conditions not supplied by OSC Fabrication & Finishes are not considered product defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before production, fabrication, customization, or fulfillment has begun.

Once work has started or materials have been committed to the order, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving shipping damage, incomplete orders, or incorrect items when a replacement or remake is not appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
